About the Accommodation

Quiet comfort Deluxe suite in an exceptional environment, located on the first floor of the villa.

A King size double bed with fine linens and memory foam pillows will ensure a great night's sleep.

To relax, there is a flat-screen HD TV, free WIFI and a large comfortable sofa for home office, reading a book or sipping an aperitif. A table, cutlery, plates, glasses and a microwave allow you to take your meals in your room, enjoying the good meals offered by the many restaurants in the region which have take-away options (list in the room).

We provide you with a free bottle of water, a coffee bean machine and tea, as well as a small fridge for your purchases / drinks / ice cubes.

The upstairs bathroom and toilet are shared with the owners. There is a spacious shower, a small tub and two sinks with mirrors. A hairdryer, shampoo / shower gel and fluffy bath towels are provided.

The hosts live on site (with their friendly dog) and are available for any information in order to make your stay pleasant.

The front garden is accessible to guests without restrictions. The rear garden, the heated swimming pool from mid / end of April to the end of September and the pool house are accessible to customers between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Large parking available on the property with external electrical outlets to recharge your car as well as covered bicycle parking with electrical outlet.

The owners accept no responsibility for any accident, damage or theft in the property.

Quiet area, 250 meters from Lake Warfaaz (restaurants, walks), 3 minutes by car (2.5 km) from the center of the town of Spa (Shopping, thermal baths, restaurants), 7 minutes from one of the best golf courses of Belgium and 9.5 km from Spa-Francorchamps race track.
