The suites and the front garden are accessible to guests without restriction. The rear garden, the heated swimming pool from June to the end of September and the pool house are accessible to customers between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Guests, pets and parties are prohibited and clients are kindly requested not to make noise after 10 p.m. in order to respect other clients and the owners who sleep on site.
The owners accept no responsibility for any accident, damage or theft in the property.
Reservations can be canceled in writing up to 3 weeks before the arrival date without charge but financial costs may apply (minimum 5 EUR). Cancellation fees will be 50% of the stay if the cancellation is made in writing between 3 weeks and 1 week before the date of arrival. Cancellation fees will be 100% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date. However, and without obligation, the owner may issue a voucher for a subsequent stay if he manages to re-let the room, taking into account the time spent and any costs incurred.
